Photo a Day ~ Roadtrip America

I love to travel. I love the ability to get in my car and drive for days and see some amazing places along the way. I have been on several roadtrips throughout the US in the past couple years and now have thousands of photographs collecting digital dust. =) I have decided to add a Photo a Day, of my favorite spots in the country, alongside my postings of weddings, portraits, and current work.  The idea to start a photo a day blog came from my good friend and fellow photog, Melissa Koehler. Thanks Missy and hope everyone enjoys!
=)

Mount Rainier, Washington
Mount Rainier is said to have some of the most amazing wild flowers in late spring. Unfortunately, I was a bit early for these as the sun was still melting away the snow. This, however, is the best time for waterfalls! With all the snow melting the water rushes downward creating amazing waterfalls all over the park.

So glad you are doing this! I love it. I can at least see the U.S through your pictures :)

Gorgeous darling...gorgeous! Looking foward to more!

ps You should talk a little more about the area...like, when were you there, for any specific reason, what you enjoyed most about that trip :)

Sweet shot. Can't wait for more!!!

Love how the water looks so fluffy and cloud like. I've never been to this park but hopefully someday. I'm always down for a roadtrip!
