Zion is my all time favorite national park. It has amazing hikes, great scenery, and a view to die for! This photograph was taken atop Angel's Landing, my favorite hike in the park. While this hike leads to amazing views, a fear of heights may keep some hikers from reaching the top. To reach the top one must hold onto chains while hiking the last 1/2 mile. This is due to the 1,500' drop offs on either side of the trail. The trail gets as narrow as 36" in some spots but once you reach the top all the fear melts away and you get to stare down the canyon for miles. Zion is simply amazing, I would recommend a trip here over Yosemite any day.
