I was fortunate enough to get a coveted spot at a Zach Arias One Light Workshop this past fall. These spots go within a matter of minutes once a date is posted. The workshop is all about off camera lighting. Zach is an amazing teacher and stayed out with us shooting until 3:30am. Here are three images I took while at the workshop. The following images were taken last week as I wanted to refresh myself on all the techniques I learned from Zach. All these images were taken with a single flash mounted onto light stand. Enjoy! =)

~Last Week~
What can I say besides, MINA ROCKS! I had so much fun with Mina and her mom, and good friend of mine, Rita. Here are some of my favorites.
I had an absolute blast shooting these three and I love the funky outfits. These three beautiful children belong to two of my cousins that I got to visit while up in Redding, CA for a photography workshop. These were all shot in my aunt's backyard with the outfits being handmade by my cousins. Love it!

Kelsey was one of the first friends I made in high school. We had first period together and one day she overheard me talking about a boy that I thought was cute; the boy turned out to be her older brother. =) We became friends and still see each other. I had so much fun catching up with her and spending the afternoon together. Enjoy Kelsey!
This is the beginning of a new personal project I am working on. I have yet to figure out exacting how I am going to present the final collection but I thought I would start by putting each person on my blog. This is Jennafer. She is amazing and one of my best friends. Here are some of photographs from our session.
Here is a sneak peek from a Bachelorette Boudoir Party I shot last week. We had such an amazing time and the room at the Hard Rock Hotel was bitchin!
You might remember Brittany from a Trash the Prom Dress Session a couple months back. Brittany will be graduating in a month and will not only be pursuing a degree at SDSU but a career in modeling as well. We had a blast wandering around downtown and my favorite little hidden forest (yes lots of trees right in the middle of San Diego). Here are some of my favorites from the day.

I first met Cody while studying photography in college. Cody is now getting ready to graduate and asked me to take some pictures. I was quite honored that out of all the photographers we have worked with he chose me. We had an awesome time and got some killer shots.
